邁向十二年國民基本教育2.0的重要課題

Towards the Important Issues of the 12-Year Basic Education 2.0

十二年國民基本教育自2014年實施至2024年剛好屆滿10年，可稱之為1.0時代，隨後將進入2.0新時代，開啟十二年國教的新發展。本文主要分析十二年國教1.0時代實施成效及其所遭遇的問題，並提出十二年國教2.0的重要課題，計有下列六項：一、確保優質學校教育；二、研修教育相關法令；三、調整多元入學方式；四、深化學生核心素養；五、簡化學習歷程檔案；六、規劃未來新課綱，提供未來繼續推動十二年國教政策之參考。

Twelve-year basic education was implemented in 2014, has just reached its 10th anniversary in 2024. It can be called the 1.0 era, and it will then enter the new 2.0 era, opening up new development for the future of 12-year basic education. This paper mainly analyzes the implementation effects and problems encountered in the 1.0 era of 12-year basic education, and proposes six important topics for the 12-year basic education 2.0, as follows: 1. Ensure quality school education; 2. Revise education-related laws and regulations; 3. Adjust diversified admission methods; 4. Deepen students’ key competencies; 5. Simplify learning portfolio; 6. Plan for future new curriculum, providing reference for future 12-year BE policy implementation.
