中文摘要 | 一些国际组织基于各自不同的发展理念与特点,构建了各具特色的教育指针体系:联合国教科文组织立足全纳教育理念,经济合作与发展组织从人力资本理论出发,世界银行从教育是人全面发展核心的视角,联合国开发计划署从可持续发展角度,各自构建了教育发展指针体系。UOE教育统计数据是具有权威性的国际通用教育数据平台。比较与分析显示,进一歩提升我国教育指针与统计的国际化水平,需要从关注教育产出、效率和教学质量,密切与经济世界联系,细化统计分类对应以及完善统计内容等方面进行改进。 |
英文摘要 | Based on different development concepts and characteristics, some international organizations have established their own educational development index system:UNESCO’s is based on the whole concept of inclusive education, OECD’s relies on the human capital theory, World Bank’s on all─round development of people, and UNDP’s onsustainable development. At present, UOE education statistics is an authoritative international platform for education data. As a result of variance analysis and multiple comparison, the paper suggests ways to upgrade China’s education indicators and statistics to international standards as follows:focusing on education output and efficiency as well as quality of teaching. Developing closer relations with the economic world, refining statistical classification and improving access to statistical information. |
