中文摘要 | 法律是社會運行的基石。2021年秋季,研究者首次針對大學部國際生開設「生活法律華語」課程,修課學生包含幾近零華語程度到中級程度學習者。如何跨越語言限制與學科複雜度,建立一套「混程度華語」學習者能共學,並能提升「華語能力」與「法律知識」的課程為亟須解決的課題。內容與語言整合學習(簡稱CLIL)將內容和語言學習有機結合,為生活法律華語課程提供重要的指導方針。本研究透過18週教學實踐中的教學日誌、實作任務、觀課教師回饋與課程問卷,探究「基於CLIL模式之生活法律課程於華語混程度教學」成效與可行性。 |
英文摘要 | Law serves as the foundation of societal operations. In Fall 2021, a pioneering course titled ''Daily law in Chinese'' was launched for international undergraduates, spanning novice to intermediate levels of Chinese proficiency. This course was designed to simultaneously develop legal acumen and language skills among students of varied linguistic backgrounds. The Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) approach, which organically integrates content and language learning, provided crucial guidance for this legal Chinese course. This study assesses the course's effectiveness and feasibility through an 18-week period using teaching logs, practical tasks, instructor feedback, and course questionnaires, exploring the application of the CLIL model in teaching Chinese and Law to mixed Chinese proficiency learners. |
