中小学教师教育技术能力培训质量保障体系初探

Exploring on Quality Assurance System of the Capacity of Educational Technology Training for the Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools

构建中小学教师教育技术能力培训质量保障体系，是提高培训质量的基础和前提条件。文章从近几年笔者参加的四川省中小学教师教育技术能力培训实际出发，分析影响中小学教师教育技术能力培训质量的主要因素，构建了以评价和培训过程监控为核心的质量保障体系。

The construction of the quality assurance system of the capacity of educational technology for the teachers in primary and secondary school is the basis and prerequisite to improve the training quality. According to author’s experience in developing the capacity of educational technology for the teachers in primary and secondary schools in Sichuan Province in recent years， this essay analyzes the main factors influencing the training quality and constructs the quality guaranteeing system with evaluating and monitoring the training process as its core.
