省域高等教育实力的分类评价

Classification and evaluation of China’s regional strength of higher education

本文运用22个有关高等教育发展实力的量化指针，从省域高等教育的投入、产出、效益及速度三个方面，综合评价全国省域高等教育强弱状况，并对31个省域高等教育的实力做出排序和分类。结果显示，处于高等教育强省地位的前三名依次是北京、上海、江苏，其中北京处于超级强势地位；而高等教育实力最弱的三个省份依次是贵州、甘肃、青海。高等教育实力省域分布呈严重不均衡态势。

This paper evaluates 31China’s regions using twenty-two indices of higher education strength and mainly discusses three aspects of higher education：the input， the output， and the efficiency and growth rate. The results show that：(1) Beijing， Shanghai， and Jiangsu are ranked top three in strength level of higher education. Beijing is known as a super power region in terms of higher education strength. (2) the regions such as Guizhou， Gansu and Qinghai are in the bottom positions in the level of higher education strength. (3) strength of higher education is distributed imbalancely across regions and provinces.
