This paper introduces one initiative program in undergraduate engineering education at Massachusetts Institute of Technology：the Gordon Leadership Program. The authors analyze the background of the program and its executive model， including project-based learning， multi-discipline corporations， industry involvement and professional management. The program plans to be piloted in many other American universities from this fall semester.
