Comparison and Analysis of the Patterns of University-Government-Enterprise Cooperation in the US, UK and Japan

本文梳理了发达国家在大学、政府和企业合作中的独具特色的模式，包括美国的企业孵化器、工业-大学合作中心和工程研究中心，英国的联合教授席位、创业型大学、教育公司，日本的共同研究中心、委托研究和委托研究员。希望为我国的大学、政府和企业合作模式创新提供参考。

University-business partnership has the history of a century and a half since the 1862 “Morrill Land Grant Act” in the United States. In China， research on this issue has only started until 1990’s. In this paper， University-Government-Enterprise Cooperation Patterns of the developed countries is presented， including business incubators and industrial – University Center or Engineering Research Center of the United States， joint professor， entrepreneurial universities and Educational Companies of the United Kingdom， Research Center and commissioned research of Japan. Hopefully this will provide some useful perspectives for China’s practice.
