论大学组织中的文化失灵与文化重建

Culture Malfunction and Culture Re ─ development of the University

文化在大学组织整合中发挥重要作用。但是，随着大学与社会政治、经济关系越来越密切，而且大学组织高度异质化，文化价值体系在大学组织整合中的效力大大削弱，出现了文化失灵现象。大学应该加强组织文化和整个学术系统文化建设，改善和恢复文化的整合功能。

Culture plays an important role in organizational integration of the university. As the university has developed closer political socio─economic relationship with its external environment， the university as an organization has become increasingly heterogeneous. Consequently， “culture malfunction ”occurs that the cultural mechanism has become less effective as an informal means of organizational integration. With regard to repairing and improving the function of cultural integration in the university， there is an urgent need for the university to consolidate its organizational and academic culture system.
