中文摘要 | 所有制结构的变动与市场经济相连系,市场经济改变了人力资源配置的方式,对人才需求的选择作用在日益增强,多种经济成分的存在,使人才需求呈现多样化的趋势,人才需求的特征集中体现在对人才需求的种类、规格和层次性的选择性方面。高等教育要适应所有制结构的变化对人才需求类型、规格和层次的要求,就要采取相应的教育对策、积极进行专业设置的调整,以满足社会对人才的需求。 |
英文摘要 | Ownership structure is closely linked to market economy. The development of market economy in China has changed the requirement for human resources by increasing the role of market─based selection mechanism. A diversified ownership structure in economy requires a diversified skill pool with increased choices, especially in terms of different quality, standards and levels of competence. In view of this new demand in human resources, higher education institutions(HEIs)need to take a proactive approach to adjust their academic programmes and specialties. |
