中文摘要 | 輔導工作所處遇乃心靈的傷,而非腦袋的傷。身為輔導工作者,除了諮商輔導與教育學的專業訓練外,還有機會接觸楊家老架太亟武藝,並進而接觸中華文化之一的老子思想。筆者發現太亟拳「鬆」的功法,與老子思想「微明」的工夫,有其異曲同工之妙,這啟發了筆者於學歷上的專業外,還有思想涵養作為輔導工作背後的支撐,也就是老子思想的「微明」工夫與涵養。從微明工夫出發,筆者以為,需要先減損自己的定見,以及減損對學生(個案)的強求,所謂的「鬆——不用多餘的力量」,藉以引導疏通學生(個案)的緊繃狀態,讓其內在能夠舒緩平靜,與外在能夠和諧安寧。如此,才能進行輔導。因此,筆者藉由微明工夫來觀復輔導的歷程,期許不斷減損已知,以涵容未知。「鬆」下來,給予學生更多空間「做自己」的同時,也陪伴其身、心、靈、慧得以安定成長。 |
英文摘要 | Counseling deals with wounds in the heart, instead of wounds in the mind. As a counselor, I was equipped with the knowledge of counseling and pedagogy. Besides, I have had the chance to learn Yang’s Old Style Tai Chi Chuan and I have been exposed to Lao Tzu’s thought, one of the Chinese cultures. Certain principles and concepts inspire and influence me when I am counseling. I found that the principle, “relaxation,” in Tai Chi Chuan, is closely connected to the concept, “subtle light,” in Lao Tzu’s thought. How do I use the idea of “subtle light”? In my opinion, when I am counseling my clients, I need to remove stereotyping my clients and the expectations on them. “Relaxation,” means “without using extra strength,” and by utilizing this principle, I am able to ease the clients’ nerves, let them become peaceful inside and tranquil on the outside. After this, we will start counseling together. Therefore, with the concept, “subtle light,” I hope I can remove what I have known (stereotypes) in order to embrace the unknown. When I “relax” myself, I leave my clients more space to be “themselves”, and accompany their body, mind, spirit and wisdom, and let them grow peacefully. |
