School Choice Movement in America from a Perspective of Property Ownership

美国的择校运动兴起于20世纪60年代末，最初主要是在学校内部进行的对教育内容、方式和项目的选择，后逐渐发展为一种体制革命，突出家长对学校的选择，并随着体制改革的深入而演变为一场声势浩大的选择学校运动。

The school choice movement began in 1960s， and developed into a restructuring revolution. The authors think the direct economic origin of school choice comes from the demand of clear property ownership in order to promote the better allocation of educational resources which promotes educational justice indirectly.
