On[Teacher Morality]

最近若干年间，从教育行政部门到各学校，为适应教师职业环境的变化，并抵制不良社会风气对教师的侵蚀，在师范教育、师资培训与学校管理中，颇注重[师德]问题，十分必要。

Based on value-orientation for minimum ＂teacher morality＂ and investigation by questionnaire in order to understand concepts of morality and standards for morality among teachers， we might construct a scale of ＂teacher morality＂ and discover the crucial cause of the problem of ＂teacher morality＂ through relevant data and present normative teacher behavior reflected in the data.
