The paper interpreted u The guide from the NSF graduate STEM fellows in K-2 education ( GK-12 ) program discussed the mode of cooperative education, the organization structure, personnel recruitment, effective elements of implementation. The enlightenments of cooperative education of graduate students in USA include : pay attention to the sustainability and diversification of funding sources; establish effective organization strictly select participants in cooperative projects •, form high-quality partnership •, evaluate the effect of the cooperative training scientifically. |
