中文摘要 | 学校是“学校人”价值互动的密集区,理想学校是师生个体构成的价值共同体,价值治理是学校发展的内生驱动力。所谓学校价值治理,就是激活学校发展的价值生产力,彰显学校共同价值观的融合力,培育学校共同体的价值创造力。学校价值治理的核心理念是:激发多元教育价值观,实现公共价值权威的牵引,建立学校价值协同机制。学校价值治理的实践目标是:提升学校个体人的价值参与度与创造力,搭建学校个体间“web2.0”式价值协同机制,凸显公共价值对学校价值合力的影响力。构建完善的价值表达与冲突协商渠道,完善学校公共价值的“三生路径”,确保精英价值的引领地位,培育学校的价值生态系统等,是迈向学校价值治理的实践路径。 |
英文摘要 | School is a compact district for value interaction for School People . An ideal school is a value community consisting of individual teachers and students and value governance is the internal driven force for school development. School value governance is value productive force to activate school develop- ment, integrating power to deliver school common? values, and value creativity to facilitate school community .Here are the core ideas of school value governance: to motivate diverse educational values, reati-zing the guiding role of common values' authority, and create school value coordination mechanism . Thus, the practical aims of school value governance are as follows: to increase school individuals' engagement and creativity, construct Web2. 0 value cooperation mechanism between school individuals, and reveal the impact of common values on school value?s integrating? power. In practice, the practical approaches to- wards school value governance are that schools should build good channel for value expression and conflict negotiation, optimize school common value?s Three Growth Pathway, and ensure the dominant role of elite values , and cultivate school value ecology . |
