英文摘要 | Based on 134 copies of second -instance judgment documents, the paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of teachers' personnel dispute litigation in public higher education institutions. Research shows that in recent years, the number of personnel dispute litigation continues to grow, with high incidence of 56-65 years old teachers, and in the majority of dismissal dispute. Due to the narrow scope of accepting cases, a lot of lawsuits did not enter the substantive trial. The overall rate of teachers' success rate is low, which has greatly dampened the enthusiasm of teachers to safeguard their own rights and interests. Based on the conclusion of the empirical study, some suggestions are given to improve the judicial remedies for teachers' personnel dispute. |
