英文摘要 | With the rapid development of higher education, China is about to enter the stage of universal higher education. On this occasion, we need to analyze the connotations and implications of higher education, and understand profoundly that universal higher education not only means the increase in number, but also the expansion of higher education opportunities. "Let anyone get higher education anywhere" should be the core concept and basic implication of universal higher education. In the 21st century, global higher education has entered the third stage of rapid development. China, with its great power in education, has become an important driving force for universal higher education in the world. It will also be able to seize the opportunities for development. At present, it is necessary to analyze the basic logic of universal higher education, establish the concept of lifelong learning for all people, understand the important position of private higher education, and attach importance to the influence of information technology on higher education, which should be an important task for the development of universal higher education in China. |
