社会资本对来华留学生工作找寻的影响———以韩国来华留学生为例

Impact of Social Capital on International Students’ Job Search in China： A Case Study of Korean Students in China

本研究以韩国留学生———这一在华留学生规模最大的群体为例，对他们的就业问题进行了实证研究，弥补了目前该领域研究的缺乏。本研究从私人社会资本和组织社会资本两个角度出发，较为系统地研究了韩国在华留学生的社会资本情况及其对工作找寻的影响。实证结果发现，一方面很多韩国留学生在组织社会资本上存在较大缺失，另外一方面，组织社会资本却能全面提高韩国留学生找到工作的质量。因此这一现象值得韩国留学生甚至所有在华留学生的警醒。建议他们在华学习期间，积极融入校园环境，积极参与各项班级、校园的集体活动，以在校园中建立起尽可能多的社会关系，积累更多的组织社会资本。

This study empirically analyzes the job search of Korean students—the largest international students group in China—and fills the gap in the existing literature. The study focuses on both private social capital and institutional social capital in a bid to analyze systematically the impact of social capital on Korean students’ job search in China. The results reveal an apparent lack of institutional social capital for many Korean students. However， institutional social capital is a key factor to finding good jobs. Thus the results have implications for Korean students， along with the other international students in China. It is recommended that they actively immerse themselves into the environment dur- ing their stay in China，participate in campus activities and build as many social relationships as possible in order to accumulate more institutional social capital.
