中文摘要 | 本文从教育是一个整体的视角,分析了普高快速膨胀与理想大学接口狭小的矛盾所加剧的高考竞争态势;分析了高中阶段“难度优先”并加上“宽度膨胀”的课程思路及其带来的课业臃肿;介绍了学习时间异常与高考难度异常的关系所导致的过负;归结为一点,就是儿童权利缺位和成人本位泛滥。这是过负生成中的重要原因。从教育是一个整体的视角来看,治理或解决过负,需要顶层设计和源头治理,不宜各搞一块,专注下游;否则,上游阶段教育不变或难变,下游阶段减负最后也无法持续下去。 |
英文摘要 | This paper based on view of the education as a whole,analysis the aggravation of college entrance examination competition made by the contradiction between the rapid expansion of ordinary high school and the narrow interface of the perfect university ; and preferential difficulty and Width expansion are the feature of the thought of high school course,always giving rise to swollen lesson. Furthermore,it also describe the overweight lesson burden caused by the abnormal both study time and difficulty of college entrance examination. From the perspective of the education as a whole,the top layer design and the root cause is the solution and sustainable path to the overweight lesson burden. |
