The No Child Left Behind Act of (NCLB), signed into law by President Bush on January 8, 2002, is a reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. NCLB is based on educational f accountability and equity . The main purposes of the essay is to understand the development and analyze the achievement and the debate of the NCLB, then to provide implications for Taiwan's policy of education.
