英文摘要 | This paper analyzes the ADDIE model and primary and secondary school teacher training program, designed to study and practice framework to explore and construct a process model for teacher training, detailed analysis into the meaning of this model and verify the effect of application of the model in practice. the biggest difference with the model is to refine of its evaluation, will be divided into argument evaluation, formative evaluation, and overall rating categories, and re-examine the relationship between its various stages. |
