Our Future, Our Teacher——Analyzing the Obama Administration s Plan for Teacher Education Reform and Improvement

美国奥巴马政府于2011年9月发布的题为"我们的未来,我们的教师"教师教育改革和完善计划,从多层次、多角度对当前美国教师教育所面临的挑战和存在的问题进行了分析和数据论证,并指出了美国未来教师教育发展中存在的机遇,进而从教师招聘、培训、存留等方面制定了一系列改革方案和实施策略。该计划将会促进美国未来教师教育的改革与发展,对中国的教育改革和发展亦有值得参考借鉴之处。

In September 2011, Obama Administration released the Obama Administration s Plan for Teacher Education Reform and Improvement, which entitled "Our Future, Our Teacher", quantitatively analyzed the current challenges and problems faced by teacher education in the United States from multiple perspectives, pointed out the opportunities during the development of teacher education in America, and then set up a series of reform plan and implementation strategy in the aspects of recruiting, training and retaining teachers. This plan will promote the reform and development of teacher education in America in the future, and it is also worth referencing to the education reform and development in China.
