英文摘要 | Recently several OECD countries have started a series of practices and reforms under the idea of school system leadership. The main area was on system reforming and leader training, and the aim of those practices was to achieve " Every school should be a good school" . The article selects several typical cases for further analysis, summarizes the advantages and challenges, and forecasts the trend of the future developments on school system leadership. |
