近年来，国外开展了一系列系统式学校领导方面的实践尝试，把系统改革和领导者培养这两方面作为重点，致力于实现"让每个学校都成为好学校"的目标。本文即对部分OECD成员国的实践案例进行分析，阐释了系统式领导的优势及其所面临的挑战，并对开展学校系统式领导的未来趋势进行了展望。

Recently several OECD countries have started a series of practices and reforms under the idea of school system leadership. The main area was on system reforming and leader training, and the aim of those practices was to achieve " Every school should be a good school" . The article selects several typical cases for further analysis, summarizes the advantages and challenges, and forecasts the trend of the future developments on school system leadership.
