| 中文摘要 | 目的:本研究運用計畫行為理論探討高中生性行為意向及其影響因素,分析理論變項與行為意向的關係,並探討性自主效能感與知覺行為控制的相關性。 方法:以橫斷面,立意取樣,針對台北市、新北市五所高中職二年級學生,運用自編式結構問卷進行問卷調查,共回收431份有效樣本。 結果:研究對象中,表示在未來3個月內會發生性行為的比例為16.8%,未來1年內會發生性行為的比例為22.9%。結構方程模型(SEM)分析顯示,新增「主觀規範→態度」與「主觀規範→知覺行為控制」路徑後,性行為意向的解釋力分別為31%(未來3個月內)與37.4%(未來1年內)。性自主效能感與知覺行為控制呈正相關,且女性性自主效能高於男性。 結論:本研究驗證了計畫行為理論在預測高中生性行為意向的適用性,並強調性自主效能在知覺行為控制的關鍵作用。未來應納入實際行為的測量,並透過價值澄清與生活技能導向的性教育,幫助學生建立健康性價值觀,正確行使性自主權。

| 英文摘要 | Objective: This study applies the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to explore high school students’ sexual behavior intentions and their influencing factors. It analyzes the relationship between theoretical variables and behavioral intentions and examines the correlation between sexual self-efficacy and perceived behavioral control. Methods: This study employed a cross-sectional design with purposive sampling, targeting second-year high school students from five schools in Taipei City and New Taipei City. A self-administered structured questionnaire was used for data collection, yielding a total of 431 valid responses. Results: Among the participants, 16.8% reported an intention to engage in sexual behavior within the next three months, while 22.9% indicated an intention to do so within the next year. Structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis revealed that after adding the paths “subjective norms → attitude” and “subjective norms → perceived behavioral control,” the explanatory power of sexual behavior intention increased to 31% for the next three months and 37.4% for the next year. Additionally, sexual self-efficacy was positively correlated with perceived behavioral control, with female participants demonstrating higher sexual self-efficacy than their male counterparts. Conclusion: This study confirms the applicability of TPB in predicting high school students’ sexual behavior intentions and highlights the critical role of sexual self-efficacy in enhancing perceived behavioral control. Future research should incorporate actual behavioral measurements. Additionally, sexuality education should integrate value clarification and life skills-based approaches to help students develop a healthy sexual value system and properly exercise sexual autonomy.
