大學生之性知識、性態度、性行為與其愛滋病防治知識與態度之關係

The relationship of Sexual Knowledge, Sexual Attitude, Sexual Behavior, AIDS prevention knowledge and AIDS Prevention Attitude among College Students

目的：探討大學生性知識、性態度、性行為、愛滋病防治知識及防治態度之現況，及愛滋病防治態度之預測因子，並了解大學生對性教育之需求。

研究方法：以方便取樣北部某科技大學617位學生為研究對象，以教育部大專院校性教育調查問卷為工具，採線上填答方式，資料以SPSS 17.0進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析及逐步迴歸分析。

結果：約24.64%學生曾有性行為。學生性知識及愛滋病防治知識屬中上程度；性態度及愛滋病防治態度偏正向及開放；性態度及愛滋病防治知識，可以顯著預測愛滋病防治態度，達21.1%解釋變異量，其中愛滋病防治知識佔16.1%解釋變異量。此外，大學生對性教育議題以理性分手需求性最高。

結論與建議：大學生性態度正向偏開放，愛滋病防治知識雖屬中上程度，但對愛滋病威脅及傳染途徑知識明顯不足。未來應加強正確性態度及愛滋病防治知識，以提升愛滋病防治態度。此外，教導大學生如何理性分手，亦是性教育關注重點。

 

Purpose: The aim of this study is to explore the current situation of sex knowledge, sexual attitude, AIDS prevention knowledge and attitude, and the predictors for AIDS prevention attitude, and thereafter to understand the needs of college students for sexuality education.

Methods: The convenience sampling consists 617 students from a university of science and technology in northern Taiwan, using the questionnaire on sex education in colleges and universities in Taiwan provided by the Ministry of Education as research tools. Online questionnaires were used to collect data. SPSS 17.0 was used to conduct descriptive analysis of subjects, along with independent sample t test, Pearson product difference correlation analysis and stepwise regression.

Results: Among responding students, 24.64% had sex experience. The sex knowledge and AIDS prevention knowledge were at the upper-middle level; Sexual attitude and AIDS prevention attitude were positive and mildly open attitude. Sexual attitude and AIDS prevention knowledge can significantly predict AIDS prevention attitudes of 16.2% of the total variance. AIDS prevention knowledge can predict 16.1% of total variance for AIDS prevention attitude. In addition, the most important sexuality education issue was "how to breakup rationally".

Conclusion and suggestions: The sexual attitude of college students was positive and mildly open, and the AIDS prevention knowledge was upper-middle level. However, college students’ knowledge for AIDS threats and transmission path were not enough. It is suggested that sexuality education should emphasize collecting sexual attitude and AIDS prevention knowledge in order to increase AIDS prevention attitude in the future. Moreover, how to guide rational break-up is an important issue for sexuality education.
