| 中文摘要 | 團隊合作是常見的工作模式,為了養成團隊合作能力,競賽導向學習逐漸成為大專教師指導學生的主要教學方式。據此,本研究嘗試結合團隊動力理論與社會交換理論探討學生競賽團隊之歷程。具體而言,本研究欲探討學生競賽團隊之團隊情誼、團隊紀律、團隊信任以及合作滿意度之關係。本研究將問卷發放給全國專題競賽中的學生競賽團隊,共回收451份的學生競賽團隊之有效問卷。結果顯示:一、團隊情誼與合作滿意度之關係成立,團隊紀律亦對合作滿意度有正向影響;二、團隊信任與合作滿意度有正向影響;三、團隊信任在團隊情誼和團隊紀律與合作滿意度皆呈現部分中介效果。基此,本研究建議如下:教師可於課程中設計情誼與紀律導向的活動,強化學生建立正向關係與具體行為規範;並透過階段性引導,促進信任發展與互惠合作行為之展現。上述策略可協助學生深化團隊互動,以提升合作滿意度,並提供教師設計競賽課程之實務參考,同時作為後續研究延伸之基礎。 |
| 英文摘要 | Since teamwork is a common working model for cultivating students’ teamwork skills, competition-based learning has gradually become a primary teaching approach adopted by university instructors. Accordingly, this study attempts to integrate team dynamics and social exchange theory to explore the team processes of student competition teams. This study investigates the relationships among team friendship, team discipline, team trust, and cooperation satisfaction within student competition teams. A survey was conducted among student teams participating in national project competitions, resulting in 451 valid responses. The findings show that: (1) Team friendship is positively correlated to cooperation satisfaction, and team discipline also positively affects cooperation satisfaction; (2) Team trust has a positive effect on cooperation satisfaction; (3) Team trust plays a partial mediating role in the relationships between team friendship and cooperation satisfaction, as well as between team discipline and cooperation satisfaction. Based on these results, this study offers the following suggestions: instructors may design activities that focus on enhancing friendship and discipline in their courses to help students build positive relationships and establish clear behavioral norms. Additionally, by providing staged guidance, instructors can facilitate the development of trust and the demonstration of reciprocal cooperative behaviors. These strategies can support students in deepening team interaction and improving cooperation satisfaction. This study can offers practical insights for instructors designing competition-based curricula and serve as a foundation for future research. |
