中文摘要 | 目的 : 本研究使用局部定位系統 (Local Positioning System, LPS) 結合慣性感測單元 (Inertial Measurement Unit, IMU) 量測並探討在籃球賽季中不同階段PlayerLoad (PL) 之急性:慢性負荷比 (Acute : Chronic Workload Ratio, ACWR)之差異,提供教練及選手訓練計畫及傷害預防參考。方法 : 招募 13名大專公開一級女子球員,使用LPS局部定位系統收取賽季中預賽、複賽以及決賽前的團隊訓練之PL,以指數加權移動平均的方式計算ACWR。使用單因子重複量數變異數分析比較 PL的ACWR值於三個訓練時期之差異性。結果 :決賽前訓練ACWR值顯著高於預賽以及複賽前訓練之ACWR值 (p <.05),預賽及複賽間則無顯著差異。結論 : ACWR值可以反映選手在賽季中不同階段的球員負荷趨勢,為教練與選手可以ACWR為參考,依據其數值變化趨勢,調整賽季中訓練內容及管理傷害風險。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: This study utilized a Local Positioning System (LPS) combined with Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) to measure and investigate the differences in the Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio (ACWR) of PlayerLoad (PL) across different phases of a basketball season, aiming to provide coaches and athletes with references for training program design and injury prevention. Methods: Thirteen Division I collegiate female basketball players were recruited for this study. A Local Positioning System (LPS) was used to collect PlayerLoad (PL) data during team training sessions before the preliminary round, semifinals, and finals of the season. The Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio (ACWR) was calculated using the exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) method. A one-way repeated measures ANOVA was conducted to compare differences in PL-derived ACWR values across the three training periods. Results: The ACWR values during training before the finals were significantly higher than those before the preliminary and semifinal rounds (p < .05), while no significant difference was found between the preliminary and semifinal rounds. Conclusion: ACWR values can reflect the fatigue levels of athletes at different phases of the season. Coaches and athletes can use ACWR as a reference to adjust training content and manage injury risk throughout the season. |
