前言：本文旨在回顧並系統性分析現有成年女子排球比賽的相關文獻，依據PRISMA指導方針進行系統性評估，探討技術對比賽結果的影響與應用價值。目的：本研究透過排球得分技術與女子排球等相關關鍵字進行文獻檢索，初步搜尋到38篇中文文獻與933篇英文文獻，經過篩選後最終納入16篇文獻進行分析，並依據賽事等級分為國際賽 (9篇) 與職業賽事 (7篇)，針對不同技術的影響進行比較與解析。結果：研究結果顯示，國際賽事中，攻擊與攔網技術是決定比賽排名與勝負的關鍵因素；而在職業賽事中，攻擊技術同樣佔據核心地位，但失誤則成為影響比賽結果的第二大因素。這一差異反映出國際賽事與職業賽事在選手水準、賽程安排及比賽場地等特點上的不同，而導致技術對於比賽的影響有所不同。結論：透過文獻回顧的方式探討排球技術對於比賽影響的方式不僅為教練制定策略與規劃訓練提供參考，還為女子排球的技術提升與戰術發展指明方向，期待未來更多聚焦於特定技術與戰術應用的研究，進一步提升競技表現並推動臺灣女子排球整體進步。

Introduction: The purpose of this paper is to review and systematically analyze the existing literature related to adult women’s volleyball matches. It aims to conduct a systematic assessment in accordance with PRISMA guidelines and to explore the impact and practical value of technology on match outcomes. Methods: This study conducted a literature search using keywords related to volleyball scoring techniques and women’s volleyball. Initially, 38 articles in Chinese and 933 articles in English were identified. After screening, a total of 16 articles were included for analysis, categorized by the level of competition into international competitions (9 articles) and professional competitions (7 articles). The study compared and analyzed the effects of various techniques. Results: Research shows that in international competitions, attacking and blocking techniques are vital for match rankings and outcomes. In professional competitions, attacking techniques are central, but errors significantly affect results. These differences reflect variations in player skill levels, scheduling, and venues between international and professional events, leading to distinct impacts on match outcomes Conclusion: A literature review on volleyball techniques’ impact on competition provides insights for coaches in strategy and training. Future research should target specific techniques and tactics to enhance competitive performance and advance women’s volleyball in Taiwan.
