| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在建構大學產學合作經營指標系統,透過文獻分析歸納大學產學合作的內涵,並邀請六位具產學合作經驗的專家進行內容效度審核,以確保指標的適切性。研究方法採用模糊德懷術(Fuzzy Delphi Method, FDM)蒐集15位學者與專家的意見,確定指標的重要性,並運用模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, FAHP)計算指標權重,最終形成「層面—向度—指標」三層次系統,包含四個層面、12個向度及46個指標。研究結果顯示,資源量能為最重要層面,研發人力為最關鍵向度,而研究成果商業化收入總額及國外重要期刊發表篇數為最具影響力的指標。本研究構建的指標體系反映國際接軌趨勢,並為政府、大學及企業推動產學合作提供具體參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of the study is to construct the university-industry cooperative management indicators. First, through literature analysis to understand the implementation of university-industry cooperation, then summarize the connotation from the policies, current situation and relevant research of various countries, and then preliminarily construct the university-industry cooperation indicators. Second, six professors and practitioners with industry-academia collaborative research and practical experience were invited to review and construct the content validity of the indicators system. Third, 15 scholars and experts from higher education institutions and industry related fields were invited to fill in expert questionnaires, collect the opinions of scholars and experts using the Fuzzy Dephli method (FDM), determine the importance of the indicators, and then analyze the relative weights through the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). Finally, according to the analysis results, a three-level indicators system consisting of four levels, 12 dimensions and 46 indicators is formed. |
