中文摘要 | 因應社會的快速變遷,提高企業組織的創新工作績效,是奠定其生存發展與提升競爭力的關鍵。過去研究已知學校教育會正面影響職業取得,並可能帶來較高的工作績效。然而,擁有較高教育與職業地位的工作者,是否也可能會展現出較佳的創新工作績效呢?同時,究竟是何種影響機制所造成的,是很重要的研究議題,並對提升企業組織經營績效有很重要的參考價值。過去對於此議題的相關研究並不充分,基於上述,本研究運用2015年臺灣社會變遷基本調查(Taiwan Social Change Survey, TSCS)大樣本問卷資料(工作與生活組)及多元迴歸、邏輯迴歸等統計分析方法,探究上述研究議題。分析結果顯示教育程度愈高,有利於工作者取得較高社經地位的職業,並展現出較明顯的新創型與效率型人格傾向,其工作場域也具有較佳的工作遠景與工作價值,都會進一步促使工作者具有愈高的創新工作績效。不過,在職訓練,反而會造成低教育工作者在創新想法上的侷限,是企業組織運作上需要特別關注的問題。 |
英文摘要 | In response to the rapid changes in society, enhancing innovative job performance in corporate organizations could be the key to laying the foundation for organizations to survive, develop, and improve national competitiveness. Past research has shown that school education can positively affect occupational attainment and may bring higher job performance to organizations. However, whether workers with higher education achievement and occupational status could also be more innovative and demonstrate innovative job performance, is an important research issue. Additionally, exactly what influence mechanisms could lead to innovation among workers, is another important research issue in contemporary society, and has important reference value for improving the operational performance of corporate organizations. Past research on such issues were insufficient. Hence, this study utilizes the large-scale questionnaire data (work and life module) from the 2015 Taiwan Social Change Survey (TSCS) and statistical analysis methods such as multiple regression and logistic regression to explore the research questions above. The results of the analysis show that higher education is conducive to workers attaining higher socioeconomic occupational status, while at the same time exhibiting more pronounced active and efficient personality tendencies. Moreover, workers with higher education achievement also have better job prospects and job values in their work domains. All of these factors will further promote workers to have higher innovative job performance. However, this study found that onthe-job training for workers causes limitations in innovative ideas for less educated workers, which is an issue that corporate organizations need to pay special attention to in their operations. |
