中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討工作價值觀、敬業貢獻與組織承諾之關係,並驗證敬業貢獻的中介效果。研究對象為南部高等教育學生事務人員,採問卷調查法,問卷回收有效樣本313份,資料經結構方程模式分析結果顯示:一、工作價值觀對組織承諾並沒有直接影響效果;二、工作價值觀對敬業貢獻有顯著直接效果;三、敬業貢獻對組織承諾有顯著直接效果;四、敬業貢獻對工作價值觀與組織承諾具有中介效果,且呈完全中介。本研究依據研究結果,針對高等教育學務人員提供若干建議,以供相關單位與人員參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study are to investigate the relationship among work value, work engagement and organizational commitment, and verify the mediating effect of work engagement. 313 valid questionnaires were collected from student affairs staff personnels among colleges and universities in Southern Taiwan. AMOS structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed for data analysis, and the results are as follow: no significant direct effect of work value on organizational commitment was found; there was a significant direct effect of work value on work engagement; there was a significant direct effect of work engagement on organizational commitment; and work engagement played a full mediation relationship between work value and organizational commitment. Based on the results of this study, suggestions on student affairs division in higher education were provided along with future research directions. |
