中文摘要 | 校長領導乃是提升學生學習、教師專業與學校效能的重要良方。本文旨在探討校長危機領導的相關概念、研究及其啟示。首先,闡述校長危機領導的相關概念。其次,分析校長危機領導相關實徵研究。最後,則據以提出未來有關校長危機領導實務推展與研究的相關建議,分別為:一、推展校長危機領導,提高校務經營效能;二、善用危機領導內容,自我檢核領導優劣;三、展現同理開放溝通,有效實踐危機領導;四、冷靜勇敢面對危機,提升組織學習發展;五、善用混合實驗設計,探究危機領導效益。 |
英文摘要 | Principal leadership is the key to foster students’ learning, elevate teachers’ professionalism, and enhance overall school effectiveness. The purpose of this article is to explore the concept and research of principal crisis leadership and its implications. First, this study elaborates the relevant concept to principal crisis leadership. Second, the empirical studies related to principal crisis leadership are analyzed. Finally, the followings are the suggestions for future practical development and research on principal crisis leadership. 1) Promoting principal crisis leadership to enhance school operational effectiveness. 2) Utilizing crisis leadership standards for self-assessment of leadership strengths and weaknesses. 3) Demonstrating empathetic and open communication to effectively practice crisis leadership. 4) Remaining calm and courageous in facing crises to enhance organizational learning and development. 5) Using mixed-methods research and quasi-experimental design to explore the effectiveness of crisis leadership. |
