中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討校長運用激勵語言之理念與實施策略,採訪談方法來蒐集資料,共訪談三位校長、三位主任與三位教師。研究結論如下:一、校長激勵語言理念重視人文教育、凝聚共識與關懷教師。二、校長展現多元互動方式來實踐激勵語言。三、校長激勵語言對組織與個體均產生正向影響成效,促發整體組織進步。最後,根據結論提供幾項建議供相關單位參考。 |
英文摘要 | The paper focuses on the effect and practices of principal’s motivating language. In this study, interviews were used to collect data, and three principals, three directors and three teachers were interviewed. The research conclusions are as follows: (1) The concept of principal’s motivation language are humanities education, school consensus and caring for teachers. (2) Principal’s demonstrate multiple interactive ways to practice motivational language. (3) The principal’s motivational language has a positive impact on the individual and overall organization. Base on the research result, specific policies and practical suggestion are proposed. |
