中文摘要 | 本研究探討臺灣原住民族學生的學習適應狀況與學習成效表現,分析輔導機制是否合於其需求,並評估培養原住民族大專生人才的成效表現。研究採用線上問卷調查方式,研究對象為臺灣157所公私立大專校院相關業務承辦人員,最後總共回收128校資料。研究結論如下:一、臺灣大專校院學生輔導機制尚能滿足原住民族學生的需求,且設有原住民相關行政、教學或研究單位,或者曾獲得政府機關補助原住民教育經費的學校,在輔導機制上顯著優於未設置的學校;二、臺灣原住民族學生的高等教育學習表現狀況尚佳,學生學習適應與學習成效較不受學校背景因素影響,但原住民族大專生的人才培育在3000人以下規模的學校發展較為不利,且設有原住民相關單位或者曾獲得政府經費補助的學校,明顯在人才培育上較有優勢;三、健全學生輔導機制有助於提升原住民族學生學習適應與人才培育成效。 |
英文摘要 | The study discussed the learning adaptability and academic performance of indigenous students in Taiwanese higher education. It analyzed whether the counseling mechanism meet the needs of indigenous students. Additionally, the study assessed the effectiveness of colleges and universities in cultivating indigenous students’ talents. The study used online questionnaires, targeting 157 personnel responsible for indigenous affairs in public and private colleges and universities in Taiwan. A total of 128 questionnaires were collected. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The counseling mechanism in the Taiwanese colleges generally meet the needs of indigenous students; institutions that have established administrative, instructional, or research units related to indigenous affairs or have received government funding for indigenous education demonstrate better counseling mechanisms than those without such provisions. 2. The academic performance of indigenous students in higher education in Taiwan is mostly satisfactory; students’ learning adaptation and academic achievements are less affected by school background factors; however, talent cultivation for indigenous college students is relatively unfavorable for schools with student population below 3000; schools that have established indigenous-related units or have received government funding exhibit an advantage in talent cultivation. 3. A sound student counseling mechanism contributes to improving learning adaptation and talent cultivation among indigenous students. |
