中文摘要 | 本研究旨在發展教師素養導向教學表現量表,據以進行調查驗證其信、效度。本研究首先透過文獻探討,初步建構量表向度及對應題項。其次,邀請10位專家提供量表修正建議。接續,抽取20所普通型高中,合計220位教師為樣本進行項目分析與探索式因素分析。最後,分層隨機抽取63所學校,共1,058位教師為研究樣本進行驗證性因素分析,以確立建構效度。結果顯示,教師素養導向教學表現量表包含素養導向課程設計、素養導向教學實施、素養導向學生學習及素養導向學習評量等四個構面,合計25題,信度與效度良好,可供國內未來教師素養導向教學表現之評估使用。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to construct literacy-oriented instruction performance scale for high school teachers and to examine its reliability and validity with the survey data. Based on literature review, the researcher compiled factors and items associated with literacy-oriented instruction performance. Secondly, ten experts were consulted for the appropriateness of the factors and items. The revised scale was then trial-tested with a sample of 220 teachers from 20 high schools to perform exploratory factor analysis. Finally, 961 valid questionnaires from 63 high schools were collected to conduct confirmatory factor analysis to evaluate the scale’s construct validity. The literacy-oriented instruction performance scale consisted of 4 factors, namely literacy-oriented curriculum design, literacy-oriented teaching, literacy-oriented student learning and literacy-oriented learning assessment and 25 items. The result demonstrated that the scale inferred adequate reliability and validity and could be employed to evaluate high school teachers’ literacy-oriented instruction performance. |
