父母心理控制對青少年友誼品質之影響：情緒調節的中介角色

The Mediation Role of Emotion Regulation in Adolescents’ Perceived Parental Psychological Control and Friendship Quality

本研究旨在探討父母心理控制、情緒調節與友誼品質之關係，並探討情緒調節（重新評估與壓抑）為父母心理控制與友誼品質之雙中介效果。本研究採相關研究法，以分層隨機抽樣抽取九所高雄與屏東地區的國中學生606位作為研究對象。結果發現，相較於青少年女性，男性知覺父母心理控制的程度較高、正向友誼品質較低、負向友誼品質較高，而在情緒調節策略使用上沒有差異。父母心理控制皆會藉由重新評估與壓抑的中介來影響正向友誼品質，但對負向友誼品質而言，僅壓抑的中介效果有達顯著。最後，性別不會調節父母心理控制與友誼品質的關係，也不會調節重新評估與壓抑的中介效果。受到父母心理控制的青少年較有可能會藉由增加重新評估事件而增加自己在友誼中的親密感受，但也較會抑制自己的情緒，同時增加正、負向友誼品質。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among parental psychological control, emotion regulation, and friendship quality, and the mediation effect of emotion regulation (reappraisal and suppression). There were 606 junior high school students in Kaohsiung City and Pingtung County participating this research. We found that compared to female adolescents, males had higher perception of parental psychological control, lower positive friendship quality, and higher negative friendship quality. Adolescents’ emotion regulation (reappraisal and suppression) mediate the relationship between parental psychological control and positive friendship quality. However, only suppression mediate the relationship between parental psychological control and negative friendship quality. Gender was not the moderator the direct effect nor the direct effects of parental psychological control on friendship quality. Further implications were also discussed.
