中文摘要 | 本研究聚焦於高等教育階段的學習權,對全國公私立大專校院學生進行學習權認知及態度問卷調查,有效樣本數為1,163份。根據教育部109學年度的學習權調查結果,我國大專校院對於學生學習權之保障已有明顯提高,但由學生認知及態度調查可知,當學校對於學習權之落實僅止於基本的保障或措施時,並不足讓學生認同學校的選課制度是公平的。此外,本研究發現積極參與校內社團活動的學生,對於學校學習權保障的各項措施之認同度,皆有顯著的正向影響,此結果呼應Tinto(1993)的交互影響理論。 |
英文摘要 | This study focuses on the right to learn in the stage of higher education. We conduct a questionnaire survey on Taiwan’s college students’ cognition and attitudes toward the right to learn, with 1,163 effective samples gathered. According to the report of Ministry of Education investigation of student rights in 2020, Taiwan universities and colleges students’ rights to learn have been more protective than before. However, when the school’s enforcements of the right to learn only attain the extent of basic protection, the system of course selection is still considered unfair by students. In addition, the students participating actively in school clubs are tend to approve the school’s practices of maintaining the right to learn, which resonates with Tinto’s (1993) interactionalist theory. |
