中文摘要 | 全球化發展脈絡影響高等教育的國際化,國立臺灣師範大學近10年來將國際化設為學校發展的重要目標,致力於建立國際鏈結,營造多元文化與語言學習環境。臺師大於2021年獲得教育部大學學生雙語化計畫補助,將轉型定調為「從選擇中開創機會」。為了推動計畫,從機構策略與管理、教師教學、學生學習、資訊公開、品質保證、資源共享與校際合作、其他配套措施等七個面向,朝國際化方向邁進。任何大型的課程改革,因為會影響到既有組織文化或利害關係人的權益,都會面臨困難與挑戰,如何因應與調整,是課程改革的重要課程。臺師大規劃與執行雙語大學計畫時,有支持也有質疑的聲音,但透過不斷的溝通與策略調整,目前計畫已順利推動。本文就此課程改革歷程中遭遇到的挑戰與調適策略,呈現一所大學面臨大型課程改革與轉化的經驗,希冀臺師大的實踐經驗可作為其他大專院校推動之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Globalization has been having a tremendous impact on the internationalization of higher education. As part of our efforts to internationalize, National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) has set internationalization as one of its strategic developmental goals. To achieve such goals, NTNU has been working to foster a multicultural and multilingual environment for learning. In light of NTNU’s selection as one of the four key bilingual universities for Ministry of Education’s Program on Bilingual Education for Students in College (BEST Program), NTNU has set the tone for its bilingual education approach as “Opportunities with Options”. Specifically, NTNU aims to create a teaching and learning foundation and support system that encompasses all aspects, including organizational structure, curriculum, and teachers and students. However, various problems have emerged, and been addressed, in this process of transformation, such as the reorganization of administrative structure, the different voices from our faculty and students, as well as the need to improve our pedagogy and infrastructure. In short, NTNU hopes that, through this opportunity, it could not only further strengthen and accelerate its internationalization and bilingualization processes, but also enhance Taiwan’s future global development and capacity. |
