中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解108課綱實施後,特殊教育課程實施之現況與困難,透過立意取樣方式進行文件資料蒐集與訪談,針對桃園市國民小學設有特殊教育班級之學校主任1位、組長9位、集中式特教班教師9位、資源班教師32位,以瞭解現行學校擬定特殊教育課程之現況、需求與困難,並針對學校行政運作提出下列七項具體建議:一、強化學校課程運作機制;二、宣導特殊教育理念,建立普特合作機制;三、轉化特教教師角色為協同教學者及合作諮詢者;四、落實編班及排課之特教課程配套機制;五、充實特殊教育師資培育課程與持續辦理普通班教師特殊教育知能研習;六、發展與推廣特殊教育課程合作平臺;七、釐清特教課程計畫訂定時程。 |
英文摘要 | The study aimed to understand the current situation and predicament of 108 Curriculum Guidelines in special education courses. This study interviewed the 41 special education teachers and 10 administrators involved in the development of special education curriculum in the elementary schools of Taoyuan City. To understand the current situation, needs and difficulties of the special education curriculum, the study proposed specific suggestions on the operation of the special education curriculum. Include the following suggestions: Strengthen the course operation mechanism; Promote the concept of cooperation between general and special education; Transform the role of special education teachers into co-teachers and co-consultants; Implement the mechanism for class arrangement and scheduling; Enriching special education teacher training courses and conducting special education knowledge training for regular class teacher; Establish a cooperation platform for special education courses; Clarify course plans and schedules. |
