中文摘要 | 學校與家庭、社區之間的關係密不可分,唯有彼此建立良好的伙伴關係,才能減少學生的文化不利現象,使教育改革成效事半功倍。家長、社區人士、甚至其他組織都是與社區緊密相連的社群,研究顯示,家長積極參與學校事務的家庭,其子女在校表現也較為傑出,而學校與社區的合作關係也直接影響學校教育品質。因此,如何建立學校與社區中各社群之間的伙伴關係,將是未來重建學校發展的重要課題。 本文以社區為範疇,先探討學校社群關係的經營概念,其次探究學校社群關係的發展模式與經營策略,最後以社區本位學習的推動為例,善盡學校社群關係中的公民責任,提出可供學校參考的建議與展望。 |
英文摘要 | Constructing school partnerships with families and community groups was important. It could reduce the cultural deprivation of students. If school-family- community partnerships were friendly, the educational reform in school would succeed. Many studies revealed that children achieved higher grades, and demonstrated a more positive attitude toward education when families are engaged in their children’s education. The school-community partnerships could improve school programs and school climate, provided family services and support, increased parents’ skills and leadership, connected families with others in the school and in the community, and helped teachers with their work. This paper explored the partnerships of school and community. First of all, the concepts of operating for school-community partnerships were described. Secondly, the models and strategies of operating for school-community partnerships were elaborated. The study taked the promotion of community-based learning as an example to fulfill the civic responsibility in the school-community relationship. Finally, feasible suggestions giving insight into the development of school-community partnerships were proposed. |
