英文摘要 | South China Normal University cooperates with teachers from middle school in Zhuhai to develop a corpus-based multimedia courseware in vocabulary teaching. It's an attempt in extending corpus linguistics to practical teaching in middle schools and a combination of corpus linguistic, multimedia teaching and practical vocabulary teaching. So far it has been tried in some middle schools in Zhuhai and has made some achievements. This paper is concerned with chunking and noticing, and tries to discuss the theoretical foundation of the courseware from cognitive perspective. Examples will be given here to explain the working process in which the multi-media creates an external psychical environment while corpus linguistic creates an internal linguistic environment. Besides, the courseware's advantages compared with traditional vocabulary teaching are discussed, and based on all the discussions, some suggestions for the courseware's later development in vocabulary teaching are given. |
