中文摘要 | 本研究以利害關係人觀點分析國民小學棒球隊組訓推動實施現況。根據文獻分析,以利害關係人觀點彙整國民小學棒球隊組訓問題,並依文獻探討結果編製專家調查問卷,採有別於傳統結構性問卷的模糊統計填答方法,透過立意取樣方式,選擇四種利害關係人角色的專家進行資料調查,再就所蒐集的實徵資料進行模糊分析以呈現研究結果。研究結果發現:一、棒球隊組訓主要利害關係人為教練、學校行政人員、級任教師與家長;二、棒球隊所面臨的問題為球員人數不穩定、設備經費待充實、師資人力待強化與學生學習多落後;三、不同利害關係人對國小棒球隊組訓問題的看法不一;四、因應不同互動模式,宜採取不同因應策略。 |
英文摘要 | This study analyzed the current status of the implementation of baseball team training in elementary schools from the perspective of stakeholders. Based on literature analysis, the study summarized the problems of group training of the baseball team in national elementary school from the perspective of stakeholders, and compiled an expert questionnaire based on the results of the literature discussion. The study adopted a fuzzy statistical answering method different from the traditional structured questionnaire. Through purposive sampling method, the study selected four experts of four types of stakeholder roles to conduct data survey, and then conducted fuzzy analysis on the collected actual data to present the study results. The study results show that the main stakeholders of the baseball team training are coaches and school administrators, grade teacher and parents. The problems faced are the unstable number of players, equipment funding to be enriched, teachers need to be strengthened and students are of lagging academic performance; different stakeholders have different views on the issue of group training for the baseball team; it is advisable to adopt different response strategies according to different modes of interaction. |
