國內外舞動治療研究現況分析與前沿探測

Research Current Situation and Front Detection of Dance Movement Therapy

本研究透過CiteSpace追蹤Web of Science與Scopus資料庫中舞動治療領域1992～2018年間的文獻，透過科研合作分析呈現研究現況，以文獻共被引分析描繪研究前沿變化，消弭以往文獻研究偏於定性分析的主觀性問題，針對舞動治療領域進行系統性的梳理。基於研究現況分析表明：美國、英國與德國等國家開展了廣泛的合作研究且產出總量豐富；此外，透過文獻分析結果，將舞動治療研究概括為理論基礎、干預技術、干預效果與研究方法四個層面進行探討：一、理論基礎的研究前沿聚焦於具身—生成與鏡像神經元主題；二、干預技術的研究前沿聚焦於身體覺察與舞蹈主題；三、干預效果的研究前沿聚焦於帕金森氏症與癌症主題；四、研究方法的前沿聚焦於後設分析和觀察與評估的多元化問題。

Dance movement therapy (DMT) is a psychological therapy mediated by the process of movement, which aims to promote emotional, cognitive, physical, and interpersonal integration. The DMT field includes psychiatric, psychosomatic, elderly care, rehabilitation, mental health and special schools in terms of clinical field. This study tracked the literature in the field of DMT from 1992 to 2018 in the Web of Science and Scopus database, presented the research current situation of DMT through cooperation analysis with CiteSpace, and described the changes of research frontiers in various fields through co-citation analysis of the literature, so as to eliminate the subjective problem of qualitative analysis in previous literature studies. Scientific and objective analysis was carried out on the current DMT research status and frontier, so as to provide a systematic review for the research in this field. Major conclusions are as follows: First, countries like the USA, UK and Germany have carried out a wide range of cooperative research in this field and the total output is rich. Second, four research front detections are summarized based on the results of co-citation analysis: (1) the theoretical basis of DMT focuses on the two themes of embodied enactive and mirror neuron; (2) the intervention techniques of DMT focuses on the two themes of body awareness and dance; (3) the intervention effect of DMT focuses on two themes of Parkinson’s disease and cancer; (4) the research method of DMT focuses on two themes of meta-analysis and the diversification of observation and evaluation.
