108課綱已於2019年8月1日正式上路,普通高中在此改革中變革最大,本文目的為瞭解普通高中校長運用課程領導推動108課綱之歷程,採取質性研究取向,選取兩所獲得教育部教學卓越獎項之高中優質化學校,對校長及教學團隊共12人以訪談方式蒐集資料。經資料整理及分析,本研究發現:一、兩所學校校長為積極正向的108課綱之課程倡導者。二、兩所學校校長課程領導歷程不同,策略、困境及因應方式有異同。兩校校長共同之課程領導策略為建構課程願景、引進校內外資源、透過社群運作促進教師專業,並提供支持性之工作環境,同時,目前兩校亦皆缺乏課程評鑑的部分。兩校面臨之課程領導困境為,部分教師抗拒變革與多元選修、自主學習以及素養導向評量等實施層面之技術問題。校長面對的不同困境則是因各校發展歷程不同及組織歷史因素造成之差異。面對困境,校長多採取建立信任感、溝通以及耐心等待教師前進作為困境因應之策略。三、兩校教學卓越團隊皆扮演108課綱課程與教學領導領頭羊角色。
英文摘要
The 108 curriculum took effect on August 1, 2019. General senior high schools faced the greatest change during this reform. The purpose of this study was to understand the process of how general senior high school principals used curriculum leadership to implement 108 curriculum guidelines. Qualitative method was adopted to collect data. Two general senior high schools that received the award of teaching excellence were chosen. Through interviews, the researcher collected relevant data from the principals and teachers of the two schools. There were 12 participants altogether in this study. An analysis of the data yielded the following results: 1. The principals of the two schools were strong advocates of 108 curriculum guidelines. 2. The two principals’ processes of curriculum leadership were not all the same. Building curriculum visions, finding resources, developing learning communities, and providing a supportive working environment were their strategies of curriculum leadership. Both schools lacked curriculum evaluation. Difficulties encountered by both principals included teachers who refused to make changes and problems related to the implementation of multiple electives, autonomous learning, literacy-based evaluation, and students who had difficulty planning self-instruction. The difficulties might be attributed to different organizational cultures and different school histories. When facing the difficulties, both principals tried to build trust relationships with teachers, communicate, and wait patiently for teachers to move forward. 3. In each school, Teaching Excellence Team played a leading role in 108 curriculum and instruction.
