中文摘要 | 隨著大數據時代來臨,績效責任要求、證據本位教育改進的興起,教育機構愈來愈重視資料分析,以產生可據以行動的資訊,或是作為對話討論的基礎。資料本身是很好的黏著劑,透過探究,可以強化學校團隊解決學校問題的能力,而校長在其中扮演的角色非常重要。本文旨在透過文獻分析了解校長於資料領導中所扮演的角色,首先說明資料與學校改進的關聯,接著說明學校常用資料的種類,第三是說明校長資料領導的策略,最後說明校長資料領導應注意的事項。 |
英文摘要 | With the coming of big data era, the call for accountability and the needs for evidencebased school improvement, data analysis has been emphasized more and more by institutions. Data is an ideal glue. Via data inquiry, school teams can enhance their capacity for solving problems. This paper examines the role of school principals in data leadership. The linkage between school improvement and data use is analyzed first. Secondly, the kind of data schools need for improvement is examined. Thirdly, strategies for data leadership are synthesized. Finally, suggestions are provided for principal data leadership. |
