英文摘要 | If the respect the students in the advantaged universities (such as “985” and “211” universities) get from the society were simply deduced into symbol-orientated respect in the personnel selection (such as being defined as qualifications), the equal rights in personnel selection of the students from the disadvantaged colleges or universities and other kinds of social talents would be deprived, which could be called latent symbol-orientated discrimination. Under the background where selecting and cultivating talent without any constraint of single standard or norm has been institutionalized, the social phenomenon is actually a misunderstanding and is against the national policy of educational equity. This would exert negative influence not only on the academic spirit of advantaged university and the survival and development of disadvantaged universities and colleges, but also on the high-quality-oriented and balanced development of basic education. |
