英文摘要 | In order to confront the challenges of teacher professionalization, follow the trend of education integration in Europe and promote the national reform of teachers' initial training system, the Ministry of Education of France released a new set of standards for primary and secondary school teachers in 2007. The standards include 10 professional competences, each of which is elaborated in terms of knowledge, capacities and attitudes. In contrast with the previous one, the new set has a clearer structure, adds the competence of reform and innovation, emphasizes the importance of ICT and collaboration, and unifies the competence standards for primary and secondary school teachers. |
