21世纪法国中小学教师专业能力标准探析

A Review of Competence Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in France in the 21st Century

为了应对21世纪教师专业化的挑战，顺应欧洲教育一体化的潮流，并推动本国教师职前培训制度改革，法国教育部于2007年出台了新的中小学教师专业能力标准，从知识、技能和态度三个维度界定了教师必备的10项专业能力。与旧标准相比，新标准的体系更加清晰、系统，新增了改革创新能力，突出强调了信息和通讯技术以及协作能力对教师职业的重要性，并统一了对小学和中学教师专业能力的要求。

In order to confront the challenges of teacher professionalization, follow the trend of education integration in Europe and promote the national reform of teachers' initial training system, the Ministry of Education of France released a new set of standards for primary and secondary school teachers in 2007. The standards include 10 professional competences, each of which is elaborated in terms of knowledge, capacities and attitudes. In contrast with the previous one, the new set has a clearer structure, adds the competence of reform and innovation, emphasizes the importance of ICT and collaboration, and unifies the competence standards for primary and secondary school teachers.
