英文摘要 | Developed by the Training and Development Agency for Schools, The British Teacher Education Standards include two systems which are “Requirement for Initial Teacher Training” and “Professional Standards for Teachers”. These standards focus on the concept of teachers' professional development, displaying the trend of integration of teacher education and the dynamic principle of teachers' professionalization management. They reflect people's new understanding of teachers' characteristics and the requirement of their enhancement, but also show the problems that teachers profession has lower level of professional autonomy and professionalization. |
