中文摘要 | 本研究以新竹、苗栗與臺中地區幼教人員為研究對象進行問卷調查,探討其對幼兒園運用資訊科技於校務行政業務的態度。研究者自編「幼兒園行政資訊化態度量表」問卷,涵蓋價值認知、資訊建置、減輕壓力、檔案管理與專業成長等層面,運用結構方程模式分析幼教人員對此議題的想法。統計結果指出,問卷的假設因素構念之測量模式檢定具良好適配,路徑關係的結構模式分析亦證明研究假設之成立。綜言之,幼教人員對資訊科技應用於幼兒園行政業務所產生的正向認知,一方面影響幼兒園建置有效的行政資訊化服務,另一方面減緩幼教工作壓力與促進檔案管理實效之思考。當幼教人員認為幼兒園願意投入資訊軟、硬體建置與使用,則影響其在行政與教學文書檔案資訊化的處理態度。此外,幼教人員運用資訊科技協助其在保育、教學與親師互動的認知愈趨正向,在幼兒園教學與行政專業實踐亦獲得實質提升。最後,研究者針對研究發現進行討論並提出未來研究的參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study explored early childhood educators' attitudes toward the integration of information technology into kindergartens in Hsinchu, Miaoli, and the Taichung area. A questionnaire regarding Digital Kindergarten Administrations was developed; it consisted of five factors, including value cognition, information infrastructures, reduction of pressure, file management, and professional development. According to the results from SEM, this measurement model expressed the reasonable quality by confirmatory factory analysis, and the analysis of structure model proved the hypotheses. The results showed that early childhood educators with a positive view of digital kindergartens preferred digital services and file management. They employed information technology to advance their practices of childcare, instruction, and teacher-student interaction, and presented better performance in early childhood pedagogy and administrations. Some implications of the findings are also discussed in the study. |
