A Survey on the Training Needs of Rural Primary School Teachers in Chong Qing
Rural primary school teachers has become an important part of teachers in china, and achieving the sustainable development of primary school teachers plays a fundamental and key role in compulsory education equilibrium and quality improvement. Based on a survey of 300 primary school teachers from Chong Qing rural areas, current study reveals the present situation of primary school teachers and training needs in teachers' professional development from training contents, training methods, training security conditions, etc. Some suggestions and measures are presented based on the discussion.
