校友工作体制与大学筹资能力－国际比较的视野

The Importance of the Operation Mechanism for Alumni Affairs in Promoting Universities' Fundraising Capabilities: An International and Comparative Perspective

筹措雄厚的办学资源是创办世界一流大学的重要战略基础，而加强校友工作则是这一基础工作的重要支柱之一。本文从美国大学的筹款情况（包括筹款总额、校友参与率、校友贡献率等方面）分析了校友在筹款中的作用，并以斯坦福大学为案例详细分析了该校的校友工作和筹资工作的体制与运行机制。目前我国校友工作和筹资工作正处于迅速发展时期，只要我们密切结合中国的国情，善于借鉴国际经验，进一步强化校友工作体制，必将能开创大学筹款的新局面。

Abundant resources are the decisive strategic basis of a world-class university and effective administration of alumni affairs is one of the most important pillars of the basis. By analyzing the fundraising of colleges and universities in the U.S., including the total private giving, the rate and contribution of alumni giving, this paper intends to study the role of alumni in fundraising. Besides, a case study of Stanford University is conducted to explore the administration and operation mechanism of alumni affairs and fundraising. At present, alumni affairs and fundraising are blooming in China. If we can learn from other countries, with consideration of China's actual conditions, to further improve the administration of alumni affairs, the fundraising capabilities of Chinese universities will see dramatic breakthroughs.
